IN the Will of ANNA GARDINER -
GARDEN late of Cremorne near Sydney in the State of New South Wales ,Spinster deceased. Appliction will be made after 14 days from the publication hereof that Probate of the last Will dated the 7th September 1949 of the above named deceased may be granted to Ralph Shields Maynard the sole Executor named In the said Will and all notices may be served at the undermentioned address and all creditors in the Estate of the said deceased are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned.
